Testing and Commissioning is a process of ensuring building systems are designed, constructed, and assessed for peak performance. The budget bottom line of many projects
sometimes is prioritised above the testing and assessment of the installed product. Too often the commissioning team is only brought in at the latter stages of the project for functional
testing when it is much less cost-effective and too late in the process to identify the inefficiencies and shortfalls of the design and installation. Our Director Matt Foord is an experienced commissioning manager with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, with strong working relationships with project stakeholders, Builders, design teams, QFES, building managers, consultants and installation contractors to assist in delivering a professional and productive outcome while meeting the specified intent and design conclusions of each project.
